Ductile Iron Casting

At Seglian Manufacturing Group, our machined ductile iron casting capabilities are engineered for applications where strength alone isn’t enough. Also known as nodular or spheroidal graphite iron, ductile iron offers superior toughness, fatigue resistance, and elongation—making it the ideal material for components that need to flex without failing under pressure. Seglian even offers induction heat treatment on ductile iron surfaces that need greater hardness and wear resistance.
